Is it really free?

Yes. Squire is free forever: up to 5 accounts, the full payoff calculator, the net worth dashboard, and the entire game layer — ranks, bosses, and achievements. Knight adds scale and automation, never the fun.

What do I get when I sign up?

Every new account starts with 14 days of Knight — bank sync, the budget plan, unlimited accounts and scenarios, and the Peers comparison — with no card required. When the 14 days are up nothing switches off: you drop to Squire, and every account, balance and bit of history you added stays exactly where it is. You just can't add a sixth account until you upgrade.

Do I have to connect my bank?

Never — eezyfin works entirely on manual entry, and everything free stays free without a bank login. If you'd rather not type balances, Knight adds automatic sync for your banks: balances, APRs, and minimum payments update themselves.

Is my financial data safe?

Your data is isolated to your account at the database level (row-level security), so queries can only ever see your own records. PDF snapshots are stored privately and served through short-lived signed links.

What does Knight add?
